How long after I buy will I get my downloads?
Immediately after you purchase, you will receive an email with your downloadable links :) PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK IN CASE IT HAS GONE THERE!
Do you refund items?
As all of our items are ‘instant’ we do not offer any refunds for these. We have spent many hours putting together listing descriptions and listing photos, which thoroughly explain what is included with each download. Please carefully view these to make sure the file is what you are after prior to purchasing. No refunds will be given if you have not read the listing description correctly. We DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE - please check this prior to purchasing. We do not offer any size changes.
Can you edit/customize a template for me?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer editing services or any customizations of any type for digital files. All of our templates are DIY - to be edited by the customer. We recommend downloading CANVA and playing around with the site so you can become familiar. Please do not purchase if you don't have a computer/smart phone and you are not able to edit it yourself.
Where will I be editing these templates?
All of our templates are created via CANVA. You can access Canva on your computer or smart phone.
